Well, you’ve just got one more guy to hear and appreciate them. These guys are really good. If I didn’t know they were Canadian, I would have pegged them as late British New Wave. Good stuff.
In Grade 6 I saw them open for Crowded House. Chris Tait quickly became my crush of the year. I still listen to them, most of their sound is timeless. The pause between “kingdom”and that long drawn out “falls”-sooo good.
Two great tunes, neither of which I had heard, but Tina was all over them. She was air guitaring the guitar intro over the synths before they even kicked in! A full blown singalong to both songs and then she had me play N.I.M.B.Y. which is another great track!
I saw them open for Rush on the Hold Your Fire tour. They sounded to me like Steve Lillywhite-ready, an amalgam of Simple Minds/Big Country/U2 and they covered Whitney Houston in their set.

Great as always! Thx!
Timeless is spot on!

One of those acts that leaves me wanting more, even when I no there is none left. Ask Tina if she likes the real earworm - My Artificial Sweetener. 👍🏻
Awesome song,no notes.
Correct! ☑️

That’s a great double bill. I adore them like you do Roman Grey. 😉
I ought to keep an eye out for their album or EP.
Bet you find one with your crate digging skills!
Better that than discogs!
